Abby McNair is a highly skilled and dedicated member of the Ray White Mildura team. With a background in banking and client services, Abby joined the Ray White Group in 2016 and has since become an integral part of the office.

As the Office Manager, Abby is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office for both internal and external stakeholders. She has a keen eye for detail and always strives to maintain best practices while creating an engaging and welcoming team environment for clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Abby is a team player who provides invaluable support to the managing Director Damian and staff. She has quickly become the go-to person within the office due to her 'get things done' attitude and willingness to help wherever she can.

One of Abby's primary roles is to process all outgoing (Sold) properties, which involves creating contracts, registering sales, liaising with conveyancers, vendors, and purchasers, and finalising sales by issuing account sales and processing settlements. 

In addition to her sales-related responsibilities, Abby also assists the Property Management division by processing morning incoming rent and conducting mid-month and end-of-month payouts to landlords and creditors. She manages staff payroll, procurement, and the Sales trust accounts for both Victoria and New South Wales.

Abby is also a whiz at organising functions, and her skills in event management have been a valuable asset to the office. Overall, Abby's professionalism, dedication, and can-do attitude make her an invaluable member of the Ray White Mildura team.
